Interested in having an event at Boulder Lake? If you would like to rent the Boulder Lake Environmental Learning Center, please fill out this Rental Request form. Our team will be in contact with you to discuss your event and which of our available spaces will fit your needs.

NON-EXCLUSIVE FACILITY RENTAL (Classroom ) 

DESCRIPTION: Rental includes use of classroom space inside Main ELC building. Non-exclusive use is only available during normal operating hours. (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm and Sat-Sun 10am-4pm).

Boulder Lake ELC staff  needs to be onsite.

CLASSROOM CAPACITY:

  • Up to 20 people board style
  • Up to 30 people presentation style

AMENITIES & FEATURES:

  • Projection Screen
  • Dry Erase Board
  • Internet Access
  • Bathroom
  • Tables & Chairs (10 banquet tables & 50 chairs)
  • Handicap accessible
  • Parking (20 spots)

COST:

  • $200 for a 3-hour rental ($50/hr for each additional hour).
  • Capped at 6hours
  • Rental fee includes space set-up and clean-up.

 


GREEN CABIN EVENT SPACE

DESCRIPTION: This space encompasses our Mink trail island. Space is ideal for a day event.  Space for 25 people.  Parking in Lower lot inside the main gate. Only available during normal operating hours. (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm and Sat-Sun 10am-4pm).

Boulder Lake ELC staff needs to be onsite.

CAPACITY:

Up to 25 people

AMENITIES & FEATURES:

  • Large open lake front area
  • Lake access
  • Firepit
  • Building access for toilet
  • Parking (20 spots)

COST: $200 for a 3 hour rental ($75/hr each additional hour). Rental fee includes event staff, space setup, and cleanup.
